Pendant Customization Process:
1. Please send us the style, picture or design you want, and we will confirm the final price with you.
2. After you pay 50% deposit, we will start the 3D (CAD) design of the order.
3. After we complete the CAD design, we will send the CAD design drawing to you for confirmation. After your confirmation, we will start the production of the order.
4. The production time is about 15-18 days.
5. After the product is completed, we will take a video or video to confirm with you. After you confirm that there is no problem, we will ship it for you.
6. The shipping time is 3-5 days (FedEx/DHL Express).
