Of course, if you have other logistics companies or freight forwarders, you can tell us, and we will try our best to send the goods according to your logistics method.

About customs and duties

• Since we cannot control and master your country's customs policy, when the declared value of the goods reaches the corresponding amount, corresponding duties will be charged. Any duties incurred on the goods need to be borne by you (the buyer).
• Of course, we can declare low-value products for you, but if they are randomly inspected by local customs, you (the buyer) will have to bear the customs duties incurred on the goods. Of course, we will actively cooperate with you in customs clearance and required materials.
• So if you are concerned, please understand your country’s customs and tariff policies.

About value added tax and consumption tax

Some countries will generate value-added tax (VAT) or consumption tax during transactions. This is a tax required by your country and needs to be paid by you. These taxes are only paid by the platform for customers and collected by your local government.

About transaction fees

Since the payment process for order transactions generally generates transaction fees, this fee is charged by your bank and is not the cost of the goods for us. All fees incurred need to be borne by you.
