About Refunds
We will not accept refunds for the following situations:
1. Since our products are basically "Made To Order" items, your items will be unique and of high quality. Therefore, please carefully and correctly choose the material, size, color, etc. you want. After you order the goods, we will start your order one day later. Once the order starts production or has been shipped, we will not support refunds.
2. If you have any questions after receiving the goods, please contact us within 48 hours. We will communicate with you about the solution and will not evade any responsibility. All our transactions are very safe.
3. If the goods you received have no quality problems, including slight scratches, very small size errors, and damaged packaging boxes, these are not quality problems, because these are sometimes unavoidable during transportation. We can accept partial refunds, but not full refunds. Of course, we will pack the goods perfectly before shipping to reduce these problems during transportation.
4. If the customer chooses the wrong size, color, or material when placing an order, we will not accept refunds. We can try our best to recover the loss for customers, such as remaking or repairing for customers, but all the costs incurred will be borne by customers.
5. If the customer fills in the wrong address when placing an order, resulting in the goods being delivered to the wrong address or unable to be delivered, we will not accept a refund. We can provide address modification or address change services, but it may not be successful. All losses caused by this will be borne by the buyer.
6. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Therefore, if the goods arrive at the customer's destination country, the customer does not cooperate with the customs clearance process of the courier company and pay the customs duties when necessary, resulting in the goods being unable to clear customs or causing the courier company to return the goods, we will not accept a refund. Customers need to actively cooperate with local customs clearance procedures, and we will also actively cooperate with customers in customs clearance and provide relevant order information so that customers can receive the goods smoothly.
For the following situations, we can accept partial or full refunds:
1. Due to our mistakes, such as wrong styles, shapes, sizes, colors, and materials, we will accept a full refund or remake for customers.
2. We did not send the goods to the customer according to the customer's correct address, and we will accept a full refund.
3. If the item is lost during transportation and we confirm with the courier that the item was lost on the way, we will accept a full refund. If the courier investigates or provides a receipt record to prove that the item has been delivered to the correct address and that the customer has received the item, but the customer still reports that the item has not been received, we will not accept a refund. During this period, the customer should cooperate with the courier to investigate the loss of the item.
Warranty and Service:
- The materials of our jewelry are all real materials, and most of them will have inspection certificates. Usually, as long as jewelry is made of real materials, there are generally very few quality problems with the product, so don’t worry too much.
- We provide 1-year warranty service for all jewelry sold. For simple repairs or no increase in material cost, we will provide you with free repairs. If the material cost increases, we will charge the material cost, you can contact us to confirm the increased cost. Then decide whether to send it back to us for repair. You need to pay the corresponding repair cost and shipping cost.
- For jewelry that you wear for a long time, if you need to repair or repair the jewelry, you can choose to send it back to us for repair, but you will need to pay the corresponding repair cost and shipping cost.
